Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Virtual ABA and In-Home ABA?
Virtual ABA connects your family with a BCBA through secure video sessions from anywhere. In-Home ABA sends a certified RBT to your house for one-on-one therapy in person. Both are evidence-based, BCBA-supervised, and built around active parent involvement.
Can my child receive both Virtual and In-Home ABA?
Yes. Some families combine both, using in-home RBT sessions for hands-on skill building and virtual sessions for parent coaching or scheduling flexibility. Your BCBA will help determine the right mix.
Is Virtual ABA therapy really effective?
Yes. Virtual ABA delivers the same evidence-based techniques as in-person therapy, and children often make faster progress because they're learning in their own environment with a parent actively involved. Published research supports strong clinical outcomes for telehealth-delivered ABA.
Is In-Home ABA as effective as clinic-based therapy?
Skills learned at home transfer more naturally to daily routines. Your child practices real skills where they actually matter, and you're there to reinforce them between sessions.
Why isn't In-Home ABA available in my area?
We're expanding In-Home ABA to new cities as quickly as we can while maintaining the clinical quality families deserve. Each new market requires hiring and credentialing local RBTs, building BCBA oversight, and securing insurance partnerships. If in-home isn't available near you yet, Virtual ABA is a great option in the meantime.
How can I find out when In-Home ABA is coming to my area?
Apply or schedule a free consultation. Our intake team will let you know what's currently available in your area and can notify you when In-Home ABA launches near you. In the meantime, Virtual ABA is available across 43 states.
